Appointment information
Our home dental visits help to eliminate some of the stress of dental appointments.
At the moment we are unable to offer a full scope of services with our home visits such as taking x-rays or doing fillings. If we notice that you child may be at risk of tooth decay or other dental health issue and these are beyond our current offered services, we will advise you see your family dental clinic for follow up care. We are happy to provide a summary of our visit for you to take to your appointment. Jawesome Smiles is not affiliated with any other dental clinic and the cost for any further dental treatment will be the parent/carer responsibility.
Payment Policy
Our appointments are in high demand, so we suggest booking in advance. When our demand exceeds appointment availability we will happily place you on a waiting list as we sometimes have cancellations, or we will call you as soon as an appointment becomes available.
All appointments require a deposit to secure our time:
Cancellation Policy
We are an in demand mobile business trying to accommodate as many as possible. We understand life happens and you may need to cancel or change your appointment time. We kindly ask if you are unable to make your appointment please let us know with 24-48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24hours notice or failed to attend (you are not home when we arrive) will forfeit any appointment deposit paid.
